Dr. Mazzeo researches modeling and measurement of materials. His past projects have included time-resolved dielectric spectroscopy of protein solutions and RF measurement of ceramic materials, methods for measuring electronic, ionic, and mechanical properties of Li-ion battery electrode materials, and non-destructive methods to assess the condition of reinforced concrete bridge decks.
