Jesse R Codling

During my undergraduate degree I bounced around a lot. I did optics research with Dr. Smalley, controls with Dr. Beard, and RF Photonics at an internship. All of these together convinced me to pursue research as a career, which sent me to grad school. The diversity of experience I gained from those various jobs lends really well to systems research. In my graduate program, I work at all levels, from circuit design to machine learning algorithms to solve sensing system challenges.
