As a student at BYU, I had the opportunity to work in the Air Conditioning shop in their Building Automation group. It was there that I got involved in all aspects of electronic control systems. This included configuring, troubleshooting, and designing control systems for fans, pumps, motors, sensors, transmitters, and controllers. I also had the chance to work with a variety of communication devices and protocols, graphical user interfaces, and a myriad of other devices and programming opportunities.
