I received a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a Master's in Organizational Behavior from BYU. I then went to work at Accenture, doing technology and management consulting. While there, I worked with domestic and global clients in the automotive, entertainment, electronics, consumer-packaged goods, transportation, and wireless industries.
I left consulting to work at Nestlé, where I continue leading process, organization and technology integration initiatives, directing high performance teams with internal, external, near shore, and offshore team members.
