Biography
Jim Fraser graduated with his BA in Chemistry from BYU then went on to earn his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. For twenty-nine years, he worked as a process/development/reliability engineer at Phillips Semiconductors and Intel, and since 2007, he has managed BYU’s cleanroom. He also teaches ECEn 452 - Experiments in Integrated Circuit Development.
